Welcome to Honey Vera. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Honey Vera website and the purchase of products from us.

This website is owned and operated by JRAE Group Pty Ltd (ABN 12 698 142 924), trading as Honey Vera.

Honey Vera currently sells products within Australia only. We reserve the right to expand or restrict delivery locations at our discretion.

2. Products

Honey Vera products are designed for imaginative play and little moments together.

Our products are not skincare products, cosmetic products, therapeutic goods or medical devices.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Products contain no active skincare ingredients or serums.

  • Products are intended for play purposes only.

  • Products should be used strictly in accordance with all instructions and warnings provided.

All product descriptions, photographs and information are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, packaging or presentation may occur from time to time.

3. Age Recommendation and Adult Supervision

Honey Vera products are recommended for children aged 4 years and over.

All products must be used under adult supervision.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their child and ensuring that all instructions and warnings are followed.

Products should not be used by children under 4 years of age.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian;

  • All information provided is accurate and complete; and

  • You are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable or where pricing errors occur.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices include GST where applicable.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping

Honey Vera currently ships within Australia only.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Due to the single-use and personal nature of Honey Vera products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits for:

  • Change of mind;

  • Incorrect selections made by customers;

  • Opened products;

  • Products that have been used or partially used.

This policy helps maintain hygiene standards and ensures that products supplied to customers remain safe, unused and in their original condition.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights.

10. Product Safety

Honey Vera products are intended solely for imaginative play.

  • As therapeutic goods.

Customers must follow all product instructions and warnings.

Use of Honey Vera products is at the user's own discretion and under appropriate adult supervision.
