Honey Vera Play Masks are designed for one special moment. Because they're single-use products, we can't accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items, or if you've changed your mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Order Changes
If your order has already been shipped, we're unable to exchange or refund products purchased in error because they're designed for a single use.
Damaged Orders
If something doesn't look quite right, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at honeyvera.au@outlook.com, including your order number and where possible, a photo of the issue.
We'll review your request as quickly as we can and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Your Rights
We always comply with Australian Consumer Law.
If your Honey Vera product is faulty, isn't of acceptable quality or doesn't match its description, we'll work with you to provide a repair, replacement or refund where required by law.
